Abstract Submission

We are delighted to accept abstract submissions for Ultrafest VII.
The deadline for abstracts to be submitted for reviews is August 1, 2015, with notification of acceptance on September 3. There will be a charge for registration for attending the conference.
The abstract submission deadline is early so that delegates will receive an acceptance in plenty of time to book flights. We intend the abstracts submitted by August 1 as a place-holder which will allow us to organise sessions and get an idea of numbers early on. The more detail we have in the abstract, the easier it will be to assign the paper to an appropriate session. Final versions of abstracts in a fixed format are due November 15, so that we can post the abstracts on the conference website.
An outline of what you intend to present is sufficient for the August 1st deadline. We will only reject abstracts if they are clearly not suited to the conference.
Abstracts may be submitted in *.doc, *.pdf, or *.txt format. They should be one page or less with a minimum font of 10pt single-line spacing. Figures and tables may be included.
Submission must be done online using the following link. Submitted abstracts may be edited at any time up to the close of acceptance on August 1st.
