Revised Abstract Guidelines
We would like to invite authors to submit a revised abstract for inclusion on the Ultrafest VII website. Please email your revised abstracts to ufestvii@hku.hk no later than Sunday, November 15, 2015.
We will accept PDF formats and there is no restriction on length or format, but we would ask you to name the PDF in such a way so that it cannot be confused with any other abstract submission (e.g. first-author-initials_first-author-surname_1_ultrafest.pdf (increment the number for additional papers by the same first author)).
The revised abstracts will be placed on the website and will remain there. We don't intend to provide a booklet of abstracts. We will provide a short paper copy programme guide only.
Author Guidelines
For anyone who would prefer some guidance on format, we suggest the following:
Page size: A4
Margins: Top, bottom 2.54cm (1"); Left, right 3.17cm (1¼")
Single column format
Figures, tables, and references are encouraged.
Authors – San serif font (Arial or similar) – point size 12 – Bold
Affiliations – San serif font (Arial or similar) – point size 12 – Italic
Section headings – San serif font (Arial or similar) – point size 13 – Bold
Subsection headings – Serif font (Book Antiqua or similar) – point size 12 - Italic
Body text – Serif font (Book Antiqua or similar) – point size 10
Caption text – Serif font (Book Antiqua or similar) – point size 10 – Bold
