Student Support


Submission now closed, and student stipends have been awarded.


We are pleased to announce that small stipends may be provided for students who require assistance. Awards based on students' financial need (at most, HK$7,500 for a single student) will be paid as a reimbursement during the conference and will only be granted to current students who are both the first author and the presenter of a talk or poster at Ultrafest VII.

If you are interested in applying, please download and complete the student support application form (.docx or .pdf format) and submit it electronically through the link below (please IGNORE the message at the top of the page in the link about removing your personal information from the uploaded form—personal information is necessary!).

Completed application forms must be uploaded into the system before Monday, October 19, 2015. Note that the form requires signature of a current advisor who can verify the applicant's student status and financial need, and so a scan of the signed form rather than an unsigned electronic copy should be submitted.
